Not managed very well

i went to my pharmacy the other day to pick up a prescription, one person asked me what my name was then went away, another came and did the same and this continued for around 5 different people. i feel they are very disorganized at the moment and i feel they don't listen. eventually the last person came asked for my name then gave me my prescription, it wasn't until i got home i found they had given me the wrong prescription. After all that fuss of asking my name they still got it wrong.
