Not managed very well

i went to my pharmacy the other day to pick up a prescription, one person asked me what my name was then went away, another came and did the same and this continued for around 5 different people. i feel they are very disorganized at the moment and i feel they don't listen. eventually the last person came asked for my name then gave me my prescription, it wasn't until i got home i found they had given me the wrong prescription. After all that fuss of asking my name they still got it wrong.

Staff Excellent Knowledge & Always Helpful

I find the staff at the pharmacy very helpful and they go always the extra mile to help you. If they don't have something stocked they will get an alternative or if prescribed medication they will contact your GP Practice to get the prescription changed for a suitable alternative. Very professional staff, even when busy they will go out the way to help.
