improvements need to be made

im having real problems with my pharmacy at the moment i go to the pharmacy next to Worden medical and it takes 5-7 days to get a prescription. i feel its not the staffs fault they have just taken on too much and now they cant support the amount of work they have taken on. you send the prescription to the gp and it takes 5-7 days for the gp and pharmacy between themselves to get the prescription in time. people are waiting out of the door when i go and pick my prescription up they are that busy. im not sure what they are doing as when i go there are hardly any staff on the desk to help and support.
