Pain Therapist

I was referred to a pain therapist for my knee. the medication the doctor gave me gives me diarrhea, light headed. One of the staff nurses was a bit rude as I am partially deaf and didn't hear her shout my name. Her attitude was bad .
The other consultant was very nice. No parking problems. I was a bit annoyed that the appointment was late. didn't feel very informed of my treatment afterwards.
