It is very hard to get an appointment

If you don't ring before 8:10am you cant get an appointment. They lost paperwork of mine once and filed it away instead of scanning it. I went for an appointment and they didn't call my name loud enough so i missed the appointment. I was told it was my fault even though i was sat waiting for my appointment in the waiting area. I have to call to see if referrals have gone through as most of the time they haven't and i have to chase them up. I don't have the same doctor all the time and this can be frustrating as the doctors only look at your last appointments to see what you came in for and presume its something to do with that. Your doctor knows you and your past. The only good thing about this surgery is the doctors all have specialisms and it is published to all the patients what doctor has what.
