St Peters Centre, Burnley

Dr was very good, one of reception staff is a bit rude. Lifts are a pain - it takes ages. Very difficult to get an appointment - I needed a sick note but was told I needed a routine appointment but then had to wait two weeks. Waiting times in reception takes far too long. Information received has been very good.
