I am waiting 6 weeks for a blood test. I am housebound and cannot get to the surgery for a blood test but they will not do a home visit, and been told to go to Airedale. Because of my condition I am unable to walk and hospital transport will not work for me.
It is difficult to get in touch with the surgery, I have waited half an hour to get through on the phone.
The surgery opens at 8am I have phoned at 7.59am and been told that I am 35th in the queue.
The GP has also mixed up my medication with the pharmacy

I like my doctor - she's great. She said I can phone anytime. It's not too busy and seems calm which really helps. There are lovely views which are even more calming. However I'm autistic and I find the booking display lectern unnerving, especially if someone is behind me - I worry that they will be able to see my details.

It's rubbish at my doctors. It's the way they treat you. They don't care at all. I know loads of people with the same problems there. They have misdiagnosed me, fobbed me off and they don't sort out any health problems that I've had. I'm changing doctors to another one in Nelson which is supposed to be good. It's really difficult to get an appointment at Richmond. I have an ear infection but they couldn't get me an appointment on the day so I've had to get a taxi to Burnley Urgent Care from Colne. That's why I'm here now.

I've been to my GP and they've referred me to Seacroft hospital in Leeds for a sex change. So far so good.
