when you ring the surgery i find the receptionists very rude and unhelpful. They don't listen to the patient and they just talk at you which isn't helpful at all. i found that i saw a student doctor last time without being told and i understand they need to learn but i needed medication and they had no idea what the medication was and i found myself telling them what it was for.

I can't fault this surgery at all, they are brilliant. I can always get an appointment, I ring up and the wait times are not long at all. I like that this surgery is a teaching surgery so doctors can train here in a controlled environment and there are doctors on hand to support them.

My surgery is very good, I ring in the morning and get an appointment straight away. The doctors are lovely and they have appointments later on which you can ring in the afternoon to book which is better for me with work.

This is a very good surgery, i have been quite poorly recently and they have gone over and above to help and support me
