Issue with Out of Hours Service

I visited the out of hours GP service a couple of weeks ago in the evening at Ormskirk Medical Practice. I had previously been diagnosed with a trapped nerve. I was assessed by an out of hours doctor who pulled my arms around my back heard a noise she did this totally unexpected. She did not explain what she was doing. I was fortunately off work otherwise I would not have been able to go into work. I came out of the appointment in agony. The out of hours receptionist witnessed I was in agony. I attended the local walk in centre but they could not complete a back xray. I was eventually prescribed naproxen as can't take anti inflammatory medication. I am been referred for physio and been given a complaint form to complete. After speaking with Healthwatch I have been signposted to Advocacy Focus to assist me with my complaint.
