patient injured by crew

Crew forcibly manipulated patient's limbs/body, causing patient to scream several times in extreme pain and distress on more than one occasion, and eventually refused them transport to treatment appointment as patient unable to embark/disembark van in the way the crew demanded. Patient has now missed 3 hospital appointments.
