Really good waiting times

I went to the centre last week with an issue that I was worried about. I phoned and was surprised there wasn’t much of a wait to get through. I don’t know who it was I saw as I had never seen them before but they were really good.

The staff don't seem to listen

I have been with this practice some time and i feel fobbed off whenever i call or get an appointment. I feel that im not listened to and its hard to get an appointment with a doctor at the moment. My relative left this practice for the same reasons and nothing seems to be changing.

not very supportive

I have a learning disability and had to go for my smear test.
I rang and told them that i had a learning difficulty and that i would need some support understanding and going through the procedure. I didn't feel supported at all and i think this can be improved for patients who have a learning disability.

prescription problems

every time I get a prescription they cant do it properly.
I've been to see the doctor and they keep prescribing me things they know I'm allergic to, even when i go to pick it up I tell them I'm allergic and they don't seem to care.

One group member commented that they do not provide any feedback to Moss Side
Medical Centre anymore, as previously when they did they felt they were treated
differently afterwards.
