The receptionist is an absolute disgrace. She thinks she owns the place, very rude.

They have recently introduced automatic notification when the next appointment is due instead of leaving it to the patient. Waiting times in the surgery are being reduced. The advice is always valuable and patients are not pressed to undertake unnecessary treatment.
