The short dark haired counter assistant is rude, lazy, degrading and unhelpful. Should her attitude be addressed and her conpitense checked it would be an all together better store. Sending critical medications back to the doctor for a vulnerable lady post stroke and has epilepsy was a very dangerous task. Meaning we had to phone the doctors, then organise another chemist to dispense and also having to arrange a carer and transport to get to said chemist. Appalling. Such a shame because the other staff are lovely when not jumping on her band wagon. Disgraceful service, attitude and behaviour.
