No telephone number - can't change my appointment

As a disabled person in my 90s with poor mobility, it's not easy to just pop in and change my appointment.why can't I phone?

The place is really good. The one thing they are lacking is providing physio treatment.
Please start this here so that we do not have to travel to Clifton Hospital or Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
