Library House Surgery


Getting an appointment

When you phone the surgery you get straight through to a voice telling you your call is important. After 47 mins i gave up and drove to the surgery. The next time I phoned I hung up after 15 minutes. This is frustrating and expensive. More and more people now rely on mobiles and don't have a landline. I am lucky that I have and can but lots of people don't have one and are stuck.
