Awful
Trying to get to the bottom of swollen foot & ankle first they said foot infection so had some antibiotics didt get better even though id told them it's gout told ring up with every body else at 8 am nx day which is a woman sat managing 3 surgeries including this one no app.s left . So went down in person in a lot of pain given meds for gout had few wks off work never been off work before ! Back and fro ringing up going in go in make app for today 18th Dec told at desk Leyland yes I got an app come to it at 10 am arrived checked in sat down 35 mins later name shouted out at desk to be told my app was for Chorley not Leyland ? I live in Leyland can barely stand or walk ? Turns out girls fault behind desk ! Told go home come back at 5 go back at 5 pm seen by very young male doctor asked bout my concerns of a DVT replies that starts or is in your leg not a foot really so you can't get a foot DVT then can you not ? Given naproxen didt really examine back of leg/ ankle just top part of my foot terrible pain no sleep I'm my wife carer and can't do jack. Told go home wait few more wks see if goes down had this 6 wks now. I rarely go to docs but my god it's bad spoke to manager told by her she's been there a few weeks ! Great there badly let down by the way place is ran and managed too much giggling & messing about behind counter too no need will be switching docs asap my wife was going to go over to them but as been with me at my app.s she's that shocked she's said nope don't want to join with them . Asked to day about ultrasound to foot toes ankle to be told I don't really need one ? No ? There just second guessing as to what's wrong with foot n toes n ankle still unresolved .
