Made my health worse

For almost a year I have had pain in my arm, I kept going to the doctor but he would fob me off with pain relief and asking me to go physiotherapy which I did but they too was giving me exercise that where not helping. I asked the doctor for x-rays or a scan which he refused. I also asked the physiotherapist for a scan or x-ray but they just sent me exercise to do via e-mail which they never saw me for I took it up myself went private they did a MIR scan on me and got results. I have Subacromial impingement with Frozen shoulder. Cost me almost £1000 which I had to borrow. This has affected me not just physically but mentally
