Flexible appointments

A group member commented about Kiddrow Medical Practice in Burnley. They said they go to a Warfarin clinic every two to six weeks; however, they often struggle to book an appointment due to work commitments. The group member suggested that there should be a system in place, so that people who are employed have priority to book appointments to suit them out of normal working hours.
