Hesketh Lane Dental Practice


Not happy about my registration

I was on the NHS register at my dentist when a dentist left and hasn't been replaced. I was lucky enough to get in with another dentist in the practice but others weren't so lucky. The other patients have been told to hold on and keep ringing to see if they have replaced the dentist yet or not. I know most people who attend that dentist and they don't have time to keep ringing and asking if they now have an NHS dentist registered. Also they can expect patients to sit and wait to see if there will be someone taking over, I don't think its fair on patients. They need to be honest with patients and tell us what is going on.
