translation problems

Translation issues all the time, when I go to get a prescription there is no one there to help me translate. I find that a lot of my prescriptions get missed, lost or mistranslated and they don’t offer any help or support with this.

Staff sometimes keep talking to each other and this delays the prescriptions being given out.
