Minerva Health Centre


very good service

i came for an appointment today at Minerva and i cant fault the care. i came on hospital transport and the nurse came out to help me. she was lovely during my appointment, very thorough and helpful. when my appointment had finished she brought me back out in my wheelchair and went to sort my transport for me. i discussed with her that i was struggling for early morning appointments as the transport isn't always available or on time, and she said don't worry well sort that for you and get you a later appointment. she asked if i needed anything or any water before she moved on to the next patient. i cant fault the care it was incredible.
