Difficult to get appointments

You are constantly told no appointments ring back tomorrow,One staff member on reception staff , needs to go on a course on people skill in my opinion she override the Dr’s. This is not the first time this is happened, I wish I knew her name I would name and shame. Because of her attitude I am leaving the surgery, many patients feel the same. Most of the staff are lovely though , I just seem to get her. 3 times I’ve walked out of surgery without a blood form the Dr told me he wanted the results, so he could chew me medication. She told me they are not urgent so my bloods have not been checked for years. They are supposed to be checked annually, no continuity in the Dr’s , so you have to repeat symptoms with another Dr.
