communication is not very good

my relative has cancer and cant get an appointment, i am their registered carer and i ring up absolutely fine. They want to ring for themselves and want to get some independence back but when they ring they just get told that they are not a priority and having cancer does not make you a priority.

I attended the surgery and the staff were very attentive and caring. I went with a complicated problem and they took the time to listen to me and dealt with the issues quickly. Staff made sure that they gave me what I needed and referred me to appropriate care.

One group member commented about their GP at Granville House Medical Centre in
Chorley. They said the GP will not change their medication until they see a
psychiatrist, however they have found this very problematic and have struggled to
get an appointment with a psychiatrist.
