Mostly good

The majority of staff are caring and professional. One or two continually ignore dietary/drink requests made on behalf of patients.
My parent's face/eyes/teeth/nails aren't always cleaned.

Distressed relative ignored

Individual needs of relative ignored in order to meet staff preferences as to timings of when residents are supported to wake up and go to bed. Some staff wonderful but staff who can make the difference are often indifferent and left my relative to feel that they are asking too much and scared to ask for help at all in case they are treated as bothersome and ignored even more. No way of attracting attention from staff unless in bed where there is a buzzer.
