Awful

Firstly, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. She is absoultley amazing. However, the healthcare professional I saw was unbelivebly rude and unkind. I was really taken a back by how awful she was speaking to me. She had read my notes from a previous appointment in which I had been unable to provide a urine sample due to extreme anxiety and had she spent 30 seconds speaking to me she would have understood this and I had explained I would be happy to just have the implant removed instead. However, she proceeded to speak to me like I was an idiot and with such a nasty attitude it made me feel so awful in a situation that I already found difficult. I really hope she was just having a bad day and this is not normal.
