I had to go private elsewhere

I was told I didn't need treatment and I would be ok, but then it was too late and I couldn't get an appointment so had to go private elsewhere to get my teeth seen to urgently

Very helpful reception staff.

Very helpful staff but any hygienist work is dealt with a private patient and is therefore more expensive. Over the years I have only had one dental scale and polish provided by the dentist as part of my NHS care - they always want to treat you as a private patient for this service.
