Recently diagnosed with blood pressure.

I have had consistently good experiences and communication with an Associate Pharmacist named Usma. She has identified and taken on board concerns about adverse reactions and shown sympathetic and intelligent responses to the predicament I have regarding sensitivities to drugs that I have due to my ME/CFS.
There are several GPs at the practice and nurse practitioners who show concern and empathy. I feel they are to be applauded. Many only have a few minutes to deal with each patient and they are in a difficult position when it comes to dealing with some issues in depth. I thank all the medical staff at Pendle Valley Mill for their support.

Unable to book appointments

Long queue of over 30 minutes to get through to reception, then first telephone appointment 3 weeks away. Then as a result of telephone appointment booked in with nurse for full bloods after a week and no large cuff to take blood pressure . Then a further appointment in another week to finish blood pressure check which has now been cancelled due to nurse illness and no new appointment made. Still dont know why I have the original illness of extreme fatigue and bruising.

It looks good but I can't get an appointment. I have to phone up at 8am and I can never get through to people quick enough. I see a different doctor every time. The doctors are all very young and I'm having to go over everything again in each appointment.
