Eaves Lane Surgery


Left waiting for over one hour

Went to this practice for 11am appointment. Nurse was a no show and no communication or common courtesy to let anyone know there was a delay. At 11.20 asked at reception if there was a problem and receptionist was clueless. At 11.40 spoke to practice manager who was condescending in her excuses. Because I had spoken to reception at 11.20
