prescription confusion

i got a phone call to say my prescription will be ready in 3 days. i left it four to be on the safe side and when i turned up they said it wasn't ready. i rang the GP and they told me as it was a repeat prescription it would need verifying and it hasn't been yet. so i asked why did i receive a phone call and they couldn't answer me.
Reception ask too many questions

Only issue I have is with reception as they ask too many questions and personal too and don't feel comfortable.

A friendly GP Practice and very caring, location is easy to get to. Sometimes find it hard to get an appointment, but if its an emergency they try and help.
Everything is positive.

Everything is positive, sometimes have to wait for an appointment but I'm OK with that.
