doctors are good but online isnt good

you can only make an appointment online at my surgery, which is fine for me but i know a lot of patients are struggling with this. i know when a family member rang up a few weeks ago they were pushing them to book online when they don't have access to online. some of the doctors are good especially Dr Hart who is also brilliant with children.
