Coppull Medical Practice

My wif has been trying get an appointment for her 87 yr old disabled mother, who although not housebound has difficulty getting about, making it hard to get to the surgery. Was told to "do it online", neither are tehc savvy, receptionist talked her through process.
When my wife rang back later receptionist said it hadn't gone through and try again tomorrow.
Eventually appointment made for over 1 week later at 9am. Again explained situation with regards mobility and getting her there for that time, appointment moved to 9.30am.
Let's see how we get on.

We went for a blood pressure check at the doctors and they said i needed a blood test but they couldn't do it there and then and would need to book in again for another appointment. You'd think if the doctors ring you for an annual check you'd think they would put time in for a possible blood test. I feel this is a massive waste of NHS time and resources when it could have just been done there and then.

I am really struggling with appointment booking. I ring in the morning and i have no idea how to book. They have sent out a text saying you can book online but I'm not very tech savvy. It does say call us and we can help you with boking online but I feel that defeats the object as my preference is to call and get an appointment.

I've been with Coppull surgery for some time and its so hard getting an appointment, i ring at the time the phone lines open but this doesn't make a difference i can be on hold for around 20 minutes.

this surgery is great, i cant fault them at all, you always get an appointment, the staff are lovely and you are always seen and treated effectively.

I cant fault my surgery at all. They are great and know the patients by name which gives it that extra little touch. I always like seeing the nurse she is very lovely and supportive. The only gripe i have is that they have started asking patients to complete online forms before they attend their appointment but i don't like that but unsure if that is something they are rolling out.

I can always get an appointment at this practice, the staff are lovely and caring. I always get an appointment on the day for my children.
