Cohens Chemist - Whalley New Road Blackburn


Pharmasist refused my medication.

Repeat prescription refused. Explanation given that it had been 'claimed' by driver for delivery to my home and I would have to get new prescription. I DID NOT REQUEST A DELIVERY. Eventually pharmasist agreed to issue meds because I had none left. VERY DISTRESSFUL. HAVE HAD TO CHANGE MY PHARMACY AS Cohens, 2 Broadway,Skerton, Lancaster are consistently incompetent.
