Bay Medical Practice



Unhelpful

My 18 month old daughter is having issues with her ears, one or both have/are discharging fluid. Can't ring up, have to fill in a form online, which then takes another day for them to ring to make an appointment, all while daughter is in discomfort. When you go to see a GP, its obvious they havent read any notes, as you have to explain everything again and again. One particular doctor is adamant theres nothing wrong, wont prescribe anything and is unhelpful when asked for advice. We've asked to be able to have access to daughters nhs record on the nhs app, been told they dont allow it. So we cant see what appointments or notes or anything Very dissatisfied
