Can be difficult to get an appointment.

The practice have a new appointment system which has not helped. It can be difficult to get an appointment.

Everything is great. Issue getting appt.

Everything is great. Only issue is getting an appointment, never get through on the phone so have to go in person.

Everything was good but do not like the machine to book in. Older people are always struggling.
