Ambulance Transport (NWAS)

Hospital side of it was good, but ambulance transport poor. Have been waiting over an hour and been told could take up to 5-6 hours. Total wait 2.20 mins) Improve ambulance transport service, to be told waiting time up to 6 hrs is unacceptable.
