Chorley Health Centre - Bamford


Very good surgery but communication errors

I've been with my surgery some time now and they are very good with me normally. the other week they rang me every day to book in a different appointment, it varied from blood pressure check, blood test, b12 injections and then bowel and eye screening. i don't normally mind but they wanted to book me in for 5/6 different appointments. that seems a bit daft especially for someone with a physical disability where it isn't easy to come out that many times.
