PE - Dermatology

Doors to unit- not wheelchair friendly as doors are manual and a double set of doors to go through Parking for a wheelchair- difficult to park near the unit so I have to set off early for appointment Pathway- caliber is wrong for wheelchair and makes it unstable When parking away from the unit the pathways on site are unstable for the electric wheelchair and cause the patient to feel unsafe. Hospital couldn't find the RADAR key for bathroom
