Blood clinic problems

I am not happy with the blood clinic, they messed my relative around for no reason. He was called for a blood test which he attended, he got a phone call saying you need to come and have a blood test which he already had. He went for the second blood test to have the same call telling him he hadnt been, they later told him they had lost both his bloods. He went for a third blood test and they rang again telling him that his blood had been put in the wrong vile. The fourth time he went they told him his blood was void so had to retake the test. So in the space of three weeks he had 5 blood tests not a fault of his own and he has a physical disability. This is not right and they need to make sure they are securing blood samples correctly.
