Ive been waiting far too long

I've been waiting for an appointment for months. I've been in a flare since January and I'm a single mum so it's been hard. I feel like I go in and they just prescribe me things but it doesn't work. My daughter has suffered for it as well. I ended up with really bad anxiety about it. I spoke with Mind and they told me if it happens again to get in touch with social services because I couldn't even get up the stairs. I was just left to cope for months on my own. My appointment in August was cancelled as a doctor left.
