They purposely block access

They make it as difficult as possible for a diagnosis ignoring multiple specialist input. They then go to block you from accessing any further help and make things as difficult as possible.

GDPR breach and lack of accountability

I hand delivered a referral for my son, which was accepted by a member of office staff. I wasn't contacted further about this. When I called up, 2 months later, to check on the progress of this referral, I was told they did not have it and had no idea where it was.
