Briercliffe Surgery

I have had difficulty when ordering my repeat prescription from the surgery, when I ask the surgery about this, I feel I am given an obnoxious response and told I will have an appointment a week past my prescription is due. This is not helpful to me.

Took my mother for a medication review appointment and requested bloods. There was a renal problem but the reception staff did not phone her to say she needed another appointment. She would have become ill if I hadn't have taken her and phoned for appointment.
Doctors are very nice, it is just the reception staff that are a problem. It feels like you are begging for an appointment They make me feel degraded like I was a child at school.
