Extremely Unhelpful

My son visited the pharmacy on instruction from the doctor to ask for an over the counter medicine. The reason for the medicine is highly embarrassing however, because the doctor didn't actually name the medication needed, even though my son described what the problem was, the lazy unhelpful pharmacist refused to help. I recommended my son go to Boots, feeling confident that they would help him. I'm so disappointed with the outcome and feel so sorry for my lad.
