Boots Pharmacy St Annes On Sea Road West

Was unfortunate to have encountered the Pharmacist on Bank Holiday Monday 25 Aug 2025. [Visible description redacted for privacy] just plain condescending. Wishing to purchase items stored behind the counter, we were informed by her, how much we cost the government to fund our ailments and illnesses. I have and will always pay for my own prescriptions, thankfully. She obviously has an obscured view on life, where she thinks she can speak to anyone as she pleases. Dreadful attitude and plain nasty. Will avoid her at all costs, if we go there in the future.

Very attentive friendly staff. I'm a regular visitor and usually receive a "Good Day" from whoever is on the Pharmacy counter.
Nothing is too much trouble and even when very busy I have never waited more than 4 or 5 minutes for my collection.
