Blackpool Victoria Hospital


BVH

On my discharge I got sent home without having my blood count check, I was given no advise about what to do or who to contact in an emergency. I was lucky that my son in law is a nurse and knew that I was not well and got me rushed back to the hospital, he saved my life. I can understand that beds are needed and the hospital need to send patients home, but sometimes you can not rush this as it might cost someone their life.
