hard to get an appointment

im really struggling with my doctors at the moment, you call in the morning and you are always around 19th in the queue and then when you get through you are told there are no appointments and you have to ring back in the morning. i also struggle to physically get to the doctors due to my long term condition and they wont let me have a double appointment even when i ask for one, im just told its one problem each appointment.
