carers support

i am a carer and i dont feel i am supported enough , when i ring in the morning i can never get an appointment and i am always far in the queue and its just really hard. i feel there should be something in place for carers, i dont feel we should get priority but i feel we should be able to book an appointment in an alternative way as we cant sit on the phone line for 30 minutes to an hour waiting for the phone to be answered.
