communication problems

I went to my doctors surgery and they refused to let me have access to my medical records. I wanted to check on a recent scan but they kept saying i couldn't have access, they wouldn't speak to me regarding my results and when i eventually got the results it had comments on it saying please don't talk to patient about this.

This is a good surgery for children, they always see children and we have called at 1pm on days and they have seen my child that afternoon, I can't fault them for that at all. the only down side is there is always a different doctor every time you go, I'm unsure if they are leaving or we just see different doctors every time.
can't get an appointment.

The morning phone lottery for the chance of an appointment is a joke. On the occasions I have been successful (3 times) I have only ever seen a dispensing nurse. I have come to believe there are no doctors at this practice.
Long wait for services

I have made an appointment for support and there are very long waits on the phone. When I eventually do get to speak to someone, there are no more appointments available. I have asked about either telephone or face to face and they are never available.
The Doctor changed so they did not know about the previous issues that we were experiencing. When I ring at 8 I cant prebook for another day.

My doctor has lied on my sons medical report

My doctor has lied on my sons medical report. I'm trying to get it sorted but finding it impossible as I can never see the doctor and no one can pass a message to him. Only one member of staff helped.
