Aggressive Rude District Nurse

Following a 5 day stay in hospital for a serious infection following surgery I was discharged home, with a referral to District Nursing.
The first and last nurse I saw had a massive chip on her shoulder and was very rude and aggressive; when mentioned to the other DN's (who were lovely), they all knew who I was upset with.
I was a diabetic, cancer patient with an open, oozing wound I couldn't see, was unable to drive and all the Treatment Rooms were fully booked / unavailable.
When I explained this to her she told me I'd to ring the Treatment Room number in front of her there and then to make sure... I found her very intimidating, and constantly treated me like I was a waste of her time. At my last appointment I wasn't fully healed, but she decided that was the end of my treatment, and took my records and all of my surgical supplies with her. It was hugely upsetting.
