Dirty

The pharmacy was very dirty, used tissues and dirt and dust on the floor. The buzzer on the counter did not work.

The pharmacy was very dirty - dusty shelves

The pharmacy was dirty, dusty shelves and counter, used tissue and dirt and dust on the floor.
Waited over 15 mins for anyone to ask us why we were there.
The injection was in a tray on the desk together with used injections!!!!!
She did not ask any pre-injection questions. She leant over the desk to do the injection!!!!! No post-injection information given as regards any after effects and how to manage them etc.
