Very supportive and helpful

After not attending a dentist for nearly 20 years I was very nervous about going back to the dentist at all, but specialist dentist service at Ashton Health Centre made me feel reassured and comfortable at all times. I left the appointment feeling confident that any further treatment would be done safely and I was completely at ease with the service I received.
Technology is a big issue

I struggle to make appointments at this surgery. I did get one last week but they asked me to send a picture of my ailment to them but I don't have a mobile and they didn't give me an alternative.

I have had a very good experience with the dental practice, they are very good and look after you.
they are very understanding and helped me with the anesthetic as i was worried about it, they kept me calm and talked me through it properly.

blood clinic is really hard to attend

the blood clinic is very hard to get an appointment and you get people queued outside in the rain when they have medical conditions as the wait time is so long and they have nowhere to put the patients.

When I take my neighbour, we have to wait outside and they don’t give us a ticket until the time that the clinic should start. If we are not 30 mins before the appointment we can’t get in.
There is only one phlebotomist.
